DESCRIPTION

For this project, The Only Three worked with Hong Kong Land to develop key visuals and communication strategy for its luxury residential development, The Marq, centrally located in the vibrant Ho Chi Minh City. Key objective is to keep the imagery as realistic as much as possible.

The Only Three re-shooted the entire building and its facilities from the ground up in order to create a refreshed and modern feel for the project whilst still highlighting the residential property’s exclusive luxury and accentuating the dreamy mood and tone.

INSPIRATION & CONCEPT

The Marq stands prominently in a prime location in HCMH’s District 1, rising above the bustling city’s skyline. Standing tall with its modern architecture, the property intends to elevate a lifestyle above the skyline, elevating the ordinary to the very extraordinary. To reflect this standing, The Only Three developed possible visual directions taken from the umbrella concept of elevation that comprises commitment, certainty, and quality, all key ideologies of the project as well as trust, a powerful message that encompasses connection and strengthens one’s relationship.

The Marq stands tall with its modern and sophisticated architecture, bringing a lifestyle above the city skyline, elevating the ordinary to the extraordinary, and assuring the finest craftsmanship. People go the extra mile to ensure your highest level of satisfaction.
Trust is a powerful word; it connects people and strengthens one’s relationships. It erases differences in race, language, and conflict. In this fast-changing environment, trust becomes even more critical. It creates harmony, peace, and connection. Guaranteed in quality and excellent services, The Marq stands for its class that associates with success, wealth, and prestige.

COMMUNICATION

All key visuals finely reflected a showcase of both the exterior and interior of The Marq, interpreted from unique angles of elevation and trust. Blending elements of function and emotion, The Only Three crafted stunning visuals of an established, tall modern luxury residence whilst ensuring quality and service. Understated and warm color tones were selected to represent the characters of the luxury development.

We chose the key colors of olive green, brown bronze, warming grey and dark purple as key palettes. The exclusivity of the project is reflected in its understated tones, which evoke dark and warm senses. The color tones also go on to reflect the warmth of Ho Chi Minh City.
