ECOPARK GRAND,
THE ISLAND

DESCRIPTION

Discover Ecopark Grand, The Island, a waterborne estate tucked in Hanoi’s outer edge that allows residents and guests to “Come Home To Nature”. An array of floating island villas, engulfed by the idyllic park river. This project redefines luxury living for riverside residents, perfect for Vietnam’s uppermost echelon.

For this project, The Only Three worked with the developer to construct and curate the brand concept, as well as the product strategy to differentiate the property in a league of its own. From draft to completion, the team provided services in research, product design, and branding from scratch in order to craft a natural harmony for sustainable co-existence between humans and nature.

INSPIRATION & CONCEPT

In today’s world, immersing oneself in nature has become true privilege. This notion alone is the inspiration behind Ecopark’s central concept, coined “Come Home to Nature”, where the expansive residence reimagines a unique residential experience for families, couples, and individuals to immerse in a new kind of living.

The concept that binds the theme together is the idea that nature no longer has to feel far away, but can now become an everyday retreat in one’s place of home. Bringing together breakthrough technologies, architectural finesse as well as tailored, luxury services to form a haven in which homeowners will make their lives. Ecopark’s identification with nature and its surroundings makes it a mere extension of nature’s habitat, and this was the encompassing theme of the project.

ARCHITECTURE DESIGN

The architectural framework is inspired by Dubai’s Palm Jumeirah, with the residence comprising of five floating villas, forming an archipelago unlike any residence seen before. The Only Three worked with individual, world-renowned architecture firms for each villa, curating a unique touch and expression for each under the umbrella of nature and greenery.

The architectural touch is imbued with the signature styles of our global partners, which include Swan Singapore, Humphrey & Partners USA, Darkhorse Vietnam and DWP Thailand.
The Only Three was involved in the design and curating process from start to finish, working closely with design partners to enhance the inclusion of nature, intricate design, and water.

BRANDING

The Only Three conceptualized a strong brand identity that represents the kind of elevated living only nature itself can provide. Each branding element was crafted to fit individual pillars of “luxury”, “timelessness” and “style”, each shaping the residential concept and bringing it to life.

The property was renamed, “Ecopark Grand, The Island” to capture the full breadth of nature’s integration. The logo was designed to accentuate the name in the full cap, while the benchmark complements the tone with elegant lines.

The Only Three combined Garamond and Gotham fonts for the typography design, bold with timeless elegance. We also worked to illustriously integrate the fitting colour themes for the project, pooling together a palette of light gold for luxury, dark gold for sophistication, and olive green for the encompassing nature. Each brand element comes together to represent the essence of Ecopark; a refined and organic treatment to residential living.

We prioritized a reverence for nature, together with subtle refinement of luxury and an understated charm for this unique residential project.
