The Only Three was responsible for overseeing and crafting the creative direction for the property’s residential villas, which requires a fully-fledged understanding of the luxury beach resort landscape and its client segment.

The Only Three worked closely with LUXNAM*’s management to come up with the layout, design, and copy for this project. The key objective was to present the property to prospective buyers and create a catchy, yet digestible overview of the resort’s properties, as well as its various restaurant offerings and activities.

From crafting the right message for each villa type, including its interior inspiration to specifications, to setting the scene of its F&B offering, The Only Three collaborated with the property’s management to deliver the brochure. The inspiration behind each vibrant and extensive offerings were recaptured and expressed through intricate expressions, imagery and an overall design of the concept.

Beyond this, we also designed and produced the sales leaflet, a more digestible version of the sales brochure for potential buyers of the luxury island resort.

For this, we placed a focus on the geometry of Phu Quoc, in order to create a mapping of the island to place within the design. We leaned in on various key visuals that represent island living, from seagulls and sparrows hovering in the sky, along with waves on the shore.

The sweeping, soft color tones of pink, brown, beige and oceanic blue were used to evoke the atmospheres of island living, of beautiful sun rays at dusk and dawn and the gentle waves against a tropical setting. The cover box of the brochure is created by crafting the papers into different layers of the terrain, with patterns illustrating waves floating back to sandy shores, a true memory from a day spent leisurely on sand…

These small details were factored in to fully recreate the atmosphere and surroundings of the idyllic island surrounding LUXNAM*.
