CONCEPT & INSPIRATION
Haven Park is a fully functioning ecoplex located in the Western Island District subdivision of Ecopark urban area, Hung Yen province. The latest collaboration between Ecopark and The Only Three, where the two companies worked together on brand design, creative concepts as well as the architecture elements of the property.
Developed under the concept of “Life in Nature”, the expansive and contemporary Haven Park is exactly as the name suggests; a true haven and hideaway for residential owners within the property. The ecoplex is elevated with beautiful and expansive surrounding nature, a place that fulfills all your residential needs with comfort and luxury touchpoints, whilst providing an enclosed feel with nature enveloping you within.
The Only Three took in key elements of landscape and the architecture to conceptualize the concept of “Life in Nature”, providing the property with a lifestyle that can only be obtained from living it. The concept redefines wellness and wellbeing in a new environment.
Situated in a park that spans over 30,000sqm, Haven Park is vast and filled with unique selling points. From the sprawling landscape to the personal walking and biking area, families and couples can soak up the fresh air and partake in activities such as biking, swimming and expansive outdoor spaces within the complex, ideal for strolls and light exercise.

ARCHITECTURE DESIGN
The architecture for Haven Park is contemporary, sophisticated and urban with a touch of nature’s warmth. The Ecoplex is situated in a park that spans across 30,000sqm, a true private ecosystem. The buildings are split into two towers, with 41 floors each and a combination of 1,248 units.
All units within the ecoplex receive direct sunlight through expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, bringing homeowners that much closer to nature. For this, The Only Three worked alongside world-renowned architecture firm CallisonRTKL to craft the concept of “Life in Nature” living, with every detail and nuance, accounted for under the inspiration of bamboo trees-a true testament of sustainable, yet understated high quality living.
Each residential space has expansive views, natural sunlight and clean, contemporary furniture with very minimal finishing. The concept of interconnected outdoor/indoor living is exemplified by hanging plants and trees in the outdoor space that connects your private bedroom to shared living spaces.
The Only Three created a journey of wellness and refined living, alongside CallisonRTKL’s architectural finesse, and we were able to craft a truly exclusive living space that is able to provide homeowners with a peaceful life by the water and nature, but not without life’s necessary luxuries.
BRANDING SERVICES
For this project, The Only Three worked on branding and coming up with the overall concept for Haven Park, from marketing materials to the website for potential buyers and home owners, taking them through the enriched journey of wellness living with world class facilities.
The brand colors were established at the beginning as the key pillars to cement the overall concept and design. We chose to go with the staples of Greyish Green, Dull Brown and Oyster Pink, with each colour palette representing key elements of the ecoplex; the woods and nature with complimenting urban setting represented by earthy tones. The colors themselves are calm and understated, reflecting a way with nature and sustainable luxury.
The Only Three was also responsible for Haven Park’s logo design, where elements of the ecoplex’s nature surroundings inspired the logo of a tall tree trunk merged with a silhouette of a high rise building; a perfect merge of two contrasts.
Beyond this, The Only Three was also responsible for conceptualizing and designing the marketing materials of the brochure and website, showcasing the infinite living experience through expansive imagery and photography with stylized copywriting.
Optimized for mobile and desktop, Haven Park’s website is sleek, clean and professional. We understand the journey of the potential buyer, and mapped out the site from its very early starting point, taking viewers through the entire ecoplex and then, to the private residences.
